Accounts and publishing
How can I register?
Ask the platform administrator for a valid registration voucher. Open Get started, enter your name, email, password, and voucher, then sign in.
Why is my ad waiting for approval?
Standard creator accounts require administrator review for new ads and edits. An administrator can grant trusted publisher status to let you publish automatically. A rejected or archived ad cannot be republished simply by editing it.
Can I add multiple images or a product video?
Yes. Upload up to six images per ad, each up to 3 MB. You can also attach one public YouTube link. The player loads only after a visitor selects it.
Why won't a product URL import?
Only administrator-approved import hostnames are allowed, and some shops block server-side metadata fetching or require JavaScript. You can always add the product title and description manually. Use only product media you have rights to share.

How do I get a link to share?
After creating an ad, select Links from the client dashboard. Copy the tracking URL for your social channel. Redirects work for approved ads.
Are views, clicks and sales the same?
No. Impressions are measured only with analytics consent; outgoing redirect clicks are counted separately. Sales are shown only when reported by a trusted conversion postback. A click does not prove a sale.
Can this site read other websites' cookies?
No. Djimpaff cannot access cookies from unrelated websites. On-site personalization and analytics require the visitor's preferences. See Privacy & cookies.
Promotion credits
What are Djimpaff credits?
Credits are internal, non-cash units used to reserve promoted placements for approved ads. They are not redeemable for money. An administrator can grant or deduct credits. Online payment and credit top-ups are not supported in this version.
How much do promotions cost?
Each of four placements has a daily credit price set by the administrator. Your wallet page shows current prices and the total for 1–30 days before purchase. Existing purchases keep their booked price when rates change.
What if my ad is rejected, archived, or my account is suspended?
The promotion will stop displaying, but its reservation continues to its original end date. This version does not issue automatic refunds; contact the platform administrator for corrections. Use approved, accurate ads before spending credits.
Promotions and banners
Why do some products say Sponsored?
Administrators can promote approved ads into special placements. Sponsored labeling distinguishes these from ordinary results. Product placement does not guarantee quality or sales.
How often will I see the promotional popup?
Up to once per local calendar day per browser while personalization is enabled, with no more than three slides. Browser storage clearing or another browser can reset the limit.
Who controls banners and trusted publisher upgrades?
Only an authenticated administrator from an approved IP address can manage these settings.
